Creative Content
What else would you call a 6 foot tall squirrel running around SXSW interviewing popular bands on behalf of NASA, if not creative content? Often my work puts me in close proximity to audacious solutions to big challenges, and sometimes that leads to pretty creative solutions.
Be it copy writing, video content, or voiceover work, I've always found ways to put my love of the english language to creative use.
Chuck the NASA Squirrel - Creative Strategy
NASA's MyMoon website needed something memorable, and a giant squirrel running around SXSW interviewing bands with science and lunar related names, was just the ticket. Together with the lead designer, I worked to develop ways in which "Chuck" could be used throughout the site.
The content ranged from narrative mini videos, to interviews with scientists, popular music acts, to even a Stephen Colbert spoof series. To this day, there's been no more audacious PR giant furry mascot used by NASA.
Kit and Ace "Infinite Mannequin" - Copywriting & Voiceover
Together with Kit and Ace's retail and marketing team, I helped create a system known as Infinite Mannequin that provides in-store shoppers with a multi-device interactive system.
In addition to my typical UX & Testing responsibilities, the below video was created to promote the project. I provided writing and those dulcet voiceover tones are provided by yours truly.
Bacon Website Copy - Strategist & Copywriter
SWBC, happy with our performance on the app, approached us with branding and marketing in mind for their website. Together with stakeholders I created a content strategy and plan to present B2B2C content in a way each audience would appreciate.
With strategy in hand, I worked with Design and continued with stakeholders to produce and refine the text on the site. What edits were made prior to launch were coordinated with the stakeholder's PR firm, William Mills.
